Also remember Memphis is without Rudy Gay, I know that they have adpated to play and win without him, but this series would be pretty even with him. Looking at their roster, they are as solid as anyone : Randolph, Gasol, Conley, Mayo, Battier(huge pick up for them), Leon Powe and Tony Allen are a couple great pick ups for those solid role playing/energy guys and some others...not a bad team at all. I think with Gay they could have been on their way to some major upsets, well maybe, they probably would have had a better seed too.
But what about those Lakers? lmao Good stuff.
The Knicks/Boston game was a good one, I think if Billups didn't go out, they would have taken that one. Very tight game, again I think this goes 7 - pending the health of Billups, if he's out when game 3 comes around...Boston wraps it up earlier. On another note, Boston stole this one, don't know how in the world KG wasn't called for an offensive foul on that Allen shot.
OKC takes game 1 in a great, close game. This has the potential to be the best series IMO out of this first round. A lot of talent on both teams and pretty evenly matched, young talent too, both are going to be a force for years to come. Love OKC, but have nothing aganst Denver esp. watching Ty Lawson continue to grow in the NBA - he's getting really good.
